11-Day Primate tour Uganda
Overview
Gorillas. Chimpanzees. Golden monkeys. You’ll spot them all while you’re trekking trhough the most beautiful nature, the most beautiful national parks of Uganda. From Kibale Forest National Park to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Monkeys can be found all over Uganda. Some monkeys can be found all over the country: baboons and velvet monkeys, for example. But there are also more unique species. The gorillas hide in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and Mgahinga National Park.
The chimpanzees can be found in Kibale National Park, among other places. And the Golden Monkeys, like the gorillas, are in Mgahinga National Park. There are handfuls of other monkeys: the red colobus monkey, the red-tailed monkey, the blue monkey. Each landscape has its own species.
